I am running windows 10 on my computer. I don't like the setup where I have to enter a password everytime so I set up the computer to auto enter it after following some forum information. This has worked with no problems. Recently I moved some files around on my computer. No system files, only files that I use to do business. In the process, something has happened to my network/homegroup connection and as part of the problem solving process (which is still not solved) to get the two computers talking again, I was logged out of the account. I now cannot remember the password that was set. I can access my computer through my microsoft id account. I am thinking that part of the communication issue is that I need to use that user account. Is anyone able to help as I am getting really frustrated and ready to go back to Windows 7.
