I installed VS 15 comunnity offline with an ISO image, I can open everything in my desktop application except for the xsd file which contains the DataSet for the application, when I double click on it it shows the gray DataSet screen with the "Please wait while loading" message and never opens anything.

I think there is a missing package or something else because the installation was offline, and I can't download VS directly from internet, any ideas?
