I'm having a problem getting the PSI to work on a Windows 2008 server. It works when I run from a client machine, but as soon as the DLL is run as an event on the server, it gives the following error message:

The service is running under the user/group NETWORK SERVICE, where as when I run through VS2010 on the client machine I'm logged in as myself. I'm logged in as the same user on the server that is running the Project Event Service.

NTLM loopback authentication needs to be enabled on your server.  Please check that setting.
