Dear Friends,

i am developing web application for PAN Card Automation.In that i am using File upload control to upload scanned proof.when user upload documents , i want to make entries for every user''s document in Mysql Table.when a user logged in i want to maintain session.when they upload the proof ,with their name their documents need to store in database.

can anyone suggest a code for that?
