Hi

We create and sell a document management system.  We have noticed that our 32 bit client application is hanging on Windows 10 version 1709.  The application is created in Delphi.  Rolling back Windows to a previous version resolves the issue.  We have also noticed that the longer the PC is left on for without a reboot, the worse the hanging and freezing becomes within our application.

The hanging looks to be caused on the creation of forms on a VCL application.  Its difficult to see what is causing the delay due to the issue happening when communicating with the Windows dlls.

Is anybody aware of this issue in the latest version of Windows and if Microsoft are planning on releasing a fix?

This is not for Windows 10 (1709: Fall Creators Update), but for 1703 (Creators Update). But it may be helpful for your issue.
