Hi,
I can create or add an existing folder into TFS ( Version : 2015 Update Package 3 ) by using Visual Studio. But I can not create a new folder or add existing folders via TFS web interface. I've just found & installed an extension named like Folder Management. But, it didn't work OK. So, Create Folder titled menu is not listed on the context menu. Is there anything else I should check ? I also informed the Microsoft Devlab Team by sending an email, but could not get any feedback. Could you please help me about how to solve this problem ?

First please make sure you are accessing the project under the specific collection which the extension installed for.  The extension will not affect other collections unless also installed for them.

Second, make sure you installed the extension with the right way. Please follow below steps to install the extension
