I am designing a web using Blend 4, I have a problem in display the vertical and horizontal scroll bars in the page.  In the layout property I checked visible vertical and horizontal scroll bars for my user control and layout grids but still I don’t see any scroll bars in page.

If you have large content you want to scroll, you might want to consider putting it into a scrollviewer control. This will show the scroll bars.
