Hi, One of my customer is having a hard time getting this question addressed...Their scenario is as follows:

Customer signed up for Live Connect Developer Center for our skydrive key to be used
internally, but it turns out you can only have one user who manages the
application which isn’t Dir of IT (He setup the account) . How can he transfer this to another user or add
multiple live IDs to manage this app?
