I have a big issue, i've developed an app for UWP with visual studio 2017, but the client has some OS (Windows 10 Enterprise edition) restrictions and i can't install the app as sideloaded. I set the device in developer mode, i tested on other devices (windows 10 pro) that were not configured by the Client's IT department and worked perfectly in sideloaded mode, but on their devices didn't. Is there an way to publish the app as an .exe, i didn't find a solution out there yet, as they can run old exe apps on the device. What am i missing. Please help any advice is very welcomed.

You need to work with your customer's IT department if they block your app. Since they manage the system your app needs to be signed by a cert approved by the customer's IT department.
