I'm not very sure if I should ask this question here, since it not seems to be software related.
Our company is trying to use the Kinect on a very large screen, from 150 inch to 200 inch. The screen might be more than 2 meters in height. In that case, could the Kinect works properly? Are there any other solution for that (like Kinect Fusion? I don't know)?

I've done some experimentation setting up a Kinect with large projection screens to do user skeletal tracking. In my experience, you'll want to give the Kinect a good forward facing view of users where it can see the full skeleton. (When I set it up, there was no seated mode.) Obviously, you'll need to pay attention to Kinect FOV parameters and range specifications to figure out the effective tracking area. I was setting up in a CAVE projection room (10' x 10' x 7.5'). The only significant problem I had was that I mounted the Kinect above the projection screen (about 7.5'). The tracking area was relatively close (3'-10') which meant the Kinect had a fairly steep angle looking down at users. The Kinect had trouble tracking people at such a steep angle, but I think that's completely reasonable. I lowered it to maybe 6.5' and got better results. Mounting near the floor wasn't an option for us (as the screens extended all the way to the floor), but it may be for you.
You can cover greater widths with multiple Kinects.
