Would it not be great I we could see which Tests are part of the currently running live unit test suite? Or at least to see that currently live unit testing is running and that we can include and exclude tests, groups or playlists from the test explorer.

Thanks for your posting. Unfortunately, there is no include and exclude test method in Test Explorer, but you could right click the test method and found it:

But you could go to Help -> Send Feedback -> Provide a suggestion to VS developing team, they will evaluate your idea and might add this feature in the future update.
