We are using DimDate of TFS warehouse database in one of our queries to pull out the data related to changeset and workitem.

It never did. On aggregated data it doesn't make much sense and the level of detail would make the warehouse schema unwieldy and much too expensive to process.

If you want access to the exact times, access the tfs_warehouse database schema using relational queries. The exact timing can be found in the respective tables for the work items (system_changeddate). There is no such data available for the changesets, they are aggregated at the day level at best. if you need more exact data, you need to query the operational datastore using the TFS API or REST API.
