Hi Folks,

I'm creating a simple SMS based chat application, for a specific mobile operator, they send me SMSs using their SMSC, and I'm communicating with MSN through libpurple API. 

I'm not sure if we are gonna exceed the 5 k limited users, but in case we do, I don't t wanna risk the service. 

Is there anyway to make an agreement so we can make sure MSN will work smooth

Hi Eqbal, it looks like you're looking for info on MSNP, which isn't part of Live Connect.  Additionally, we are currently encouraging use of Skype instead of Messenger (please see the announcement on the main Live Connect page).  You may want to ask this on the Skype forum instead.
