I have set the timesheet manager of User1 to Manager1. User1 enters & sends time. Manager1 sees on the PWA summary that there are a number of timesheets to approve, but when he goes to the approval center there are no timesheets to approve.

我以管理员身份登录，检查审批中心和每个人的时间表都在等待我的批准。为什么？

I log in as Administrator, check the approval center and everyone's timesheets are there waiting for my approval. Why?

The person who creates the project plan is by default Status manager for all the tasks in that project plan. I assume project plan was created by administrator in this case
