There is no build-in reports about utilization reports in TFS now, you need to create your custom report if you want to get the information about agent. All the agents are stored in the [Tfs_Configuration].[Task].[tbl_Agent], and all the build records are stored in [Tfs_Collection].[Build].[tbl.Build], but it is hard to set the connection between build and agent.
