Of the many security workflow complaints I have, this one I can't really understand.

Many times I'll add a user or vsts group and all looks good.  Then I refresh and it's gone.

At least tell me with a message like 'You can't assign that group, or some other permission over-rides it'  although I'm not even sure that's the case.

What I was trying to do is have my contributors be able to see the builds.  (Click on the security button on the builds page).

Any user or group I try to add doesn't stick.
