We started the developement of a new application that rely on SkyDrive. After few weeks of development we noticed that it's not possible to update the content of files that is shared by another user.

We receive this error message:

When we try to add the scope, it says it is not a valid scope. So I assume it is not supported yet.

Hi Pierre, I asked about this: at the current time our belief is that is too problematic to enable users grant 3rd party apps access to files owned by another user. It is unlikely this position will change in the near future.
