All my extensions cannot upload to the Visual Studio Marketplace with "Error: TF400733: The request has been canceled: The request has exceeded request timeout. please try again". Last week we were able to upload and this week were getting the error. Consider nothing has changed with respect to the packages (i.e., vsixmanifest, .pkgdef, logo or icons).  This is not a resource limit issue unless it is a Marketplace issue. This is not a VS Team Foundation extension. Nothing on Google correlates to this error for this example.
