I have received an issue for a system that i inherited so i am fairly new to the system. and one issue was that there was a workflow that was failing and with failure description of;

Workflow "WF Name" was canceled by System Account

" WF Name"无法启动。

"WF Name" failed to start.

I actually managed to make it work last night and verified by the user that it was already working. the resolution i did was to just delete the WF cache, and republish the workflow.

but i got another email that the same workflow stopped working again 6 hours after the user confirmed its working (same SP List Item). I checked the item workflow status and it failed on start. what could be the issue?

i'd also like to note that a different user has modified the same item could this be related to user permission? I also create a new workflow and copied the exact same contents of the original workflow and applied it to a copy list of the original (since were working on prod) and it worked! I also do not see any workflow related issues in the ULS log. the issues were all related to DistributedCache which im not sure if it is even related to my issue. I'd also like to note that i have a couple of High Database Issue, here's one of the many exceptions:

Failed to get document content data. System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Cannot complete this function     at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSqlClient.GetDocumentContentRow(Int32 rowOrd, Object ospFileStmMgr, SPDocumentBindRequest& dbreq, SPDocumentBindResults& dbres)
