As per the project requirement , I have Visual Studio 2013 installed with Windows SDK 10.
But by default 2013 is pointing to 8.1.
How can i change the default SDK setting to point to Windows SDK 10 ?
please tell me what are the options that are possible.

Can you clarify the project type you want? Is it a Windows Store 8.1 app or Windows Universal app, or actually you want to develop a desktop app?
Per my understanding Visual Studio 2013 is used for Windows 8.1 developing. If you want to use Windows 10 SDK the best way is to install Visual Studio 2015.
