Our TFS Collection has the correct code including all necessary dependencies, folders and projects to make and compile the complete solution. HOWEVER, when I download (Get Latest Version) the files including the sln file and open it within Visual Studio 2015 Solution Explorer, many folders, and even some projects are missing and the build fails. I have tried to clean and rebuild and even delete and recreate the workspace, but always it's the same. How can I get locally EXACTLY what appears on the TFS server??? Why is it different? It is also important to note that the local files and structure appear correct int the FILE SYSTEM outside of visual studio, it is ONLY when opening and viewing the solution in Solution Explorer within Visual Studio 2015 that everything appears incorrectly and hence won't build...

你有没有办理你的proj文件和TFS中的其他文件，如果不是那个原因。如果对项目进行任何更改，请确保签入项目文件，只有解决方案文件不够。

Did you check-in your proj files along with other files in TFS , if not thats the reason. Make sure you check-in project files if you make any changes to your projects, only solution files is not enough.
