As the title suggests, I have multiple teams and I have users that I'd like to give admin roles to in specific teams, not on the whole server. I can't find any way to do this in any settings or permissions. Please help!

Hi Frank,

you can add a users in "Project Administrators" that will provide them access to specific project not the entire collection or Console admin to server. Not sure what TFS version you are using if you can please share that with me, i can give you exact steps.
