Thank you for posting here.

You could create a query to get all the work items from all teams. If you also want to get the work items from other projects, you could select the option "Query across projecrs", then add the filed "Team Project" to query the work items from other team projects. You could also move your query to shared query, then you could add the query result to the dashboard, then you could see the work items in dashboard.

In my query, I could get all the PBI from Team project BuildTest2 and BuildTest3.
