After I double click "KinectSDK-v1.0-Setup.exe", a window pops up saying "The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."

I have windows vista home premium 32bit sp2. I've also succesfully installed VS2010.

Any one can help me on this. Thanks!!

Vista is not supported, though you should have gotten a proper error.
