I'm trying to create a new project in my Project Online tenant, and when I give it a name and click "Create", I receive the message "Hold on, creating the project...", but then the application seems to hang.  The job is sitting in the Project Online Queue "waiting to be processed".

Doug - this is similar to the issue that I am experiencing. Everything that gets submitted to the online queue sits at that state. Even after cancelling everything and trying to resubmit - same thing.
