I'm getting the above error when I attempt to create any project that requires a wizard. I have reinstalled visual studio like 5 times. I found some links that state to re-register ProjectAggregator.dll and csproj.dll and a few other files. When I attempt to register the previously mentioned files I get:
[Window Title]
RegSvr32
[Content]
The module "csproj.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005.
For more information about this problem, search online using the error code as a search term.

I'm at a loss. The only thing left that I can think of is to refresh my os install, which I really don't want to do. I'm on Vista Ultimate 32bit and I have made sure I was running my cmd as administrator. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
