I have created a Blend animation and have inserted it onto my Web 3 home page.  I can see it fine with I preview it in the browser.  However, after transferring the file via FTP to the server, I am able to view the page, but the silverlight container remains blank.

Can you check if there are any exceptions being thrown that might be showing up in the lower left corner with IE?  Those may give you some idea what is wrong if there is one there.  They appear as a yellow triangle.
