Can .NET framework(all versions) be removed from Windows 7 and Windows 10?

The below link provide steps to remove .NET framework

But it says "The cleanup tool contains logic so that if it is run on an OS version that includes the .NET Framework as an OS component, it will not offer the option to clean it up."

If it is possible, please help with the steps to remove all version of the .NET Framework.

If not, is there an official MSDN link that mention it is not possible.

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

To check the .NET Framework that are installed on OS or not, please see this doc: .NET Framework Versions and Dependencies

The blog that you shared is also official and if you want to remove the .NET Framework that not shipped with the OS, please have a try with the cleanup tool, but this tool is designed as a last resort for cases where install, uninstall, repair or patch installation did not succeed for unusual reasons.  It is not a substitute for the standard uninstall procedure.  

Normally, we recommend you directly go to the Control Panel-Programs and Features to uninstall the installed .NET Framework, it will be safer and not affects other .NET Framework versions on the same computer.  

BTW, why do you want remove all .NET Framework versions on the computer? Usually, it is not recommended and since the .NET Framework is a shared common component and lots of software requires it.
