Is there any way the person that is doing the release deploys can schedule a time for that release to go instead of the approvers deferring it to a later time/date?

TFS不支持触发部署定期发布。它只支持按计划创建发布。

TFS doesn't support to trigger to deploy a release periodically. It only support to create a release schedulely.

作为一种解决方法，您可以使用触发器安排创建发布。在环境触发器中，选择"自动：创建发布后"。

As a workaround, you could use the trigger to create a release schedulely. In the Environment trigger, select "Automated: after release creation".
