Hi I am trying to create a workflow that will allow the autocreation of subfolders when a main Customer folder is created in our Document library.  I have the workflow that looks like this:

However it is not working properly and for some reason I cannot get it to associate to the correct folder type.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
