I want to draw a "perfect" circle consisting of an array of congruent sectors like a wheel of bike. Above is just a rough sketch that express my mean. I simply settle it by drawing a circle plus adding several diameter lines crossing the center point.

However I don't think it is an efficient and small way , for I want to control each "sector" 's properties , as color. What I really need is to draw an object like this in a technical , decent , proper manner that all elements coexist harmoniously and symmetrically. Each sector is like a "plug-in" that can be injected into or extracted out from the sound circle , as a dissected cake.
