How can i set up location field in Presets-Streaming-Publishing Point
I tried
http://server ip address/port number/publishPoint Name
so i created on windows media service PublishPoint for the encoder named it "1"
what is the port number should be

but it does not work

when i try to create Publish Point for the encoder live streaming,if it is over the internet,not lan,what should i submit for the encoder url,what port number suld i submit
