I need to get a list of all change sets and matching work items for a given TFS workspace in a text file or excel worksheet or csv file.  I need to be able to see (at least): change set number, checkin date/time, userid, checkin comments, path to files being checked in, work item numbers and descriptions for workitems attached to each changeset.
