I would like to know what is minimum size of a person that can  be detected and have skeleton determined ?

 I tried to detect a baby of about  60 cm but with no success.

I think the minimum height for the Kinect device in general is 40 inches (~100 cm), so that probably applies to the Windows Kinect SDK as well.  I imagine that is with ideal Kinect positioning, etc.
