I have created winpe application to boot Windows PE from UFD (usb flash drive) in Win 8.1 ADK.

I would like to hide contents/files of USB flash drive (UFD) so that user cannot see the contents/files after booting from UFD. Is there any way to hide the contents permanently? Attrib command can be used but can be unhidden at any time.

This is possible (as far as it is not against any laws of physics...) but complicated.

To make the drive read-only without registry entries, probably you should find a vendor or OEM who provides tools to configure the low level attributes on their USB drives (try to call Sandisk, for one).
