I just completed a full install of SQL Server 2012 RC0.  I have installed it on a Windows Server 2008 R2 virtual server.  Prior to the install I did install Silverlight 5.  Whenever I attempt to open the Master Data Services Configuration Manager I get the following error:  "An unexpected error occurred:  The server could not be contacted".  If I Ignore it I can go on and do the Database Configuration and the Web Configuration but I am unable to Apply the changes.  Have I forgotten to configure something?  Any help would be appreciated.

Although it is only occurring for me with a clean RC0 install. When I install over CTP3 the same does not occur!

As mentioned: ignore allows the complete configuration of the database and web site. The first time the web site is accessed - nothing! However manually tweaking server connection in web.config/wen App enables the web application to be launched correctly.

I am presuming/hoping that "ignore" is simply overriding the dialog/connection error message and that all is well under the hood.

Moving from CTP3 to RC0 has not been plain sailing!!!
