We discovered that a Test Plan was deleted on our TFS 2015/Test Manager 2015 system.  However, if I go to TFS and enter the ID of the Test Plan, I see it and it displays.  I also see a Test Suite which we create as well for all our projects.  All the Test Cases seem to be there as well... The issue is when I go to TFS Web and select "Test", I don't see the Test Plan anymore. 

I've also tried looking for it in Test Manager 2015.  All our Test Plans are there except for that one project.  

How can I add it back in?  

The reason I believe this was deleted is because the "Test Suite" work item shows the last update as "Test Plans was deleted". We know it was deleted and when, and by whom.  But, how do I get it back because it seems it is still there since I can still display it in TFS Web.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can still see it in TFS2015 after you delete it.

However, there isn’t a feature to restore the test plan, you can have a look at the uservoice.
