I have been studying history and computer science in school and have found that there are missing characters/letters from history. I was wondering if I could get some helps on possibly editing the operating system or something, so that I could add more letters in the keyboard to be used in any application. It will be for my personal use.

Since the keyboard's interface has been fixed, when it be made by many companies, we cannot change these letters. So if you want to add more letters for yourself keyboard, you can start making yourself physical keyboard.

As far as I know that every key value is fixed and different signal, which will be stored at the physical keyboard controller.

For normal keyboard, If you want to add more letters, you need to use the alt + number to send the specified signal, finally the special character will be display on text document. you also can make these special character.

To type a special character, using an Alt keyboard sequence:

- Release the Alt key, and the character will appear.
