I am working on a project where they have .net application in Visual studio 2005.

there I cant see option to connect to TFS  server ?

Can anybody tell me how can I get that option on VS 2005 so that I can connect to TFS from visual studio 2005 ?

Thanks for your post.

Have you installed the Team Explorer 2005?  As far as I know, the team explorer 2005 is not intergrated with Visual Studio 2005. You need to install it additionaly.

After you have successfully installed Team Explorer 2005, you can found it in the View menu->Team Explorer. Just as the following screen shot shows:

You need to install the below components in mentioned order. The installation order is also very important:

1. Install Visual Studio 2005
2. Download and install Team Explorer 2005
3. Download and install Visual Studio 2005 SP1

But Visual Studio 2005 and Team Explorer 2005 is too old version which we don't support now, if possible, please upgrade yoru Visual Studo to newer version like VS2013 and VS2015.
