I am currently taking a class using Expression Web 2.  We just had to publish our first web page.  When I click on the FrontPage Server Extensions that our professor is telling us to use & then type in the remote web site it takes me to a log in dialog prompt.  Now when I type my name & password in & click ok it takes me right back to the log in prompt.  I couldn't figure out what I was possibly doing wrong so I used my son's laptop with windows vista & it works just fine.  Is there some compatibility issue with using Window 7 to publish my site?  I am very, very new to this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If no one is saying anything here it's probably because know one is aware of any issue with Windows 7 and EW in they way you describe. I can only suggest to go back and try it again. Check all of the configuration stuff for the Site - Publishing Setting and Site - Site Settings on the two computers and see if there is a difference. Look to the depths of the menus and press the Edit and Advanced options on both machines and see if there is a difference in the settings. Is it possible you remembered the password wrong the first time?
