我想使用后台上传器在服务器上传文件。

I want to upload the file on server using the Background Uploader.

我尝试上传30 mb服务器上的文件，上传已启动，我的设备屏幕已关闭/锁定。这就是后台上传器停止工作的原因。

I tried for uploading 30 mb file on server , uploading started and my device screen was off / locked. that's why background uploader stops working.

Could you give us a simple reproduced project here? Now I can’t reproduce the issue you encountered.
Please check that if your service has a limitation of the upload file size? Meanwhile you can also learn more information about Background transfers from the sample in this site: https://github.com/Microsoft/Windows-universal-samples/tree/master/Samples/BackgroundTransfer .
