I am using mage.exe and msbuild.exe to re-deploy a clickonce app on different servers. This works well the first time, but when adding a new revision I receive this error when trying to launch the app: "An application for this deployment is already installed with a different application identity". If I run mage -cc to clear the application cache on the client then it will load fine. The problem is it is not practical or possible to run mage -cc on each client. Has anyone seen this error message and know how to fix it?
