I have been reading lots of old threads and no new ones with regards to exporting test cases (with action and result fields) into Test Manager.

Importing test cases from excel into Test Manager still cannot be done in 2017.Is there an easy solution for this yet?

I notice that there is a tool called Test Case Migrator Plus... but the prerequisite states you have to have 2012 or 2010 version of Visual Studio? I have 2017. Is this tool still compatible?

You could connect to TFS and bulk add work items with excel.

# Bulk add or modify work items with Excel

You also could add multiple test case at the same time in team web access (copy data from excel).

Test Case Migrator Plus tool is an extension tool from CodePlex, sorry to say that we don't provide support for CodePlex product.
