There's no charts in TFS 2017 to list all test cases with their test results and linked to which test suite.  I would encourage you to create a UserVoice item (at https://visualstudio.uservoice.com/forums/330519-team-services) so we can prioritize this feature relative to other suggestions. Microsoft TFS product team is listening to User Voice there.
