I am trying to change the Azure Active directory that Visual Studio Online uses, currently it is link to the Default Directory in our Azure Account, I added our Office 365 directory to our Azure account where the VSO is located so I now have two directory's in our Azure portal.

The classic Azure portal is throwing up an VSO error saying:

Both our Azure AD administrator and VSO owner are the same Microsoft account so this message is odd.

If I go into Azure and into VSO -> Configure account access, I can select to Disconnect the Current Default directory but I can not see the Office 365 directory in the list only NONE or the Default directory.
