We plan to create Modern Team sites in Office 365. So Office 365 Group will automatically be created. We need to create a logic to sync our Office 365 Group with Azure AD Security Group. The Azure AD is currently sync with the local AD.

The idea is to add new employees to Office 365 Group when they get added to local AD and hence to Azure AD Security Group. Similarly, employees need to be removed from Office 365 Groups if they leave the firm i.e. removed from the local AD Group.

Is there a Power Shell Script that can do that? If not, can we write a VS/C# code?

You can modify the O365 Group in Azure to be a dynamic user group. You can then use attributes to manage automatic group membership.
