Hello Everyone,

I am very new to access, and I am trying to make a user form to display data from a single table with multiple columns

The idea is to have three combo boxes

agent

Backup

and ID

so the user of the form would select the agent from a combobox, this selection would then limit the options in backup to only list those who back up that agent, once they select the back up it would then limit the id combobox to only show the id's available to the back up for  the original agent.

Does this sound like something I can do? I know with the combobox_afterupdate I can send a code to limit the output of the second but im not sure how to. also im not sure how to make the third combobox selection limit based off two selections. I know in excel I can do this with filters and get to where I need to be.

any help on this topic would be highly appreciated.
