I'm trying to launch Skype for business 2015 using URI protocol activation from my UWP windows 10 app to call to a specific mobile number (ex: +1 XXXX XXXXXX).

We were using callto:tel:+1 XXXX XXXXXX like this before, it was working fine when we haven't installed skype preview. Now, by default it is opening skype preview app instead of Skype for business 2015. I tried to change the default protocol from control panel but callto: protocol is a default one to skype preview app. in the control panel for default protocols , I noticed that lync15: is the protocol for Skype for business 2015.

Can someone please suggest me to launch Skype for business 2015 using Protocol?

As you known, the protocol of the Skype for business 2015 is lync15. It seems the url in Skype development can not be used in Skype for bussiness 2015.

Also we have contacted to the Skype team that there is no other url to launch the skype for business to call the specific mobile number.
