We facing below error when we access Excel files,etc from SharePoint 2013 server. Even though user who edits or save the file have contribute access to the library. We disabled Check in check out as well. And enabled to store 2 major version every time if any changes.

Error 1:"A newer version of the file is available please close the document

错误2：有些时候文件在办公室的上传中心受到攻击

Error 2: some times files get struck in upload center of the office it self

Clear the IE browsing history then reopen the file.

If the issue exists, download the file and delete it from library and re-add it.
