Hi! I downloaded and installed Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2015 for Windows Desktop onto my new Desktop PC and there is a visual bug with it.

When I hover over buttons, text, or really any other general user interface elements they either become distorted or disappear completely. And they do this for hovering, clicking and they don't always fix themselves. It is very annoying and frankly makes it difficult to program using VS (Even though the buttons are still there).

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have even tried restoring my computer. I have found a couple temporary fixes, When I boot up in safe mode there is no issue and if I open it straight after booting the PC that works occasionally. I have used VS for many years and I really enjoy the IDE. This is really frustrating though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not clear what the problem is. Does this happen in VS or does it happen for programs built using VS? Does it happen for any other programs?
